We are happy to work within pre-defined cost parameters (as pre-set by the agent or landlord) and our call centre will take your instructions, resolve any queries and provide job updates verbally or by email by close of day as standard.

For extended works - such as building, plumbing, central heating, carpentry and joinery, electrical, painting and decorating, flooring, tiling etc - we will be pleased to provide you with written estimates prior to commencement, and can usually start at short notice.

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, we carry Public Liability insurance to the value of £5M and are accredited under the SAFEcontractor Health and Safety scheme.

We also operate a 24 hour call out service and many of our agencies provide their tenants with these numbers directly (or include them on their answering machine message) - we can also provide you with a quantity of business cards for their quick reference if necessary.
