Instant Service offers individual Landlords comprehensive 'one stop shop' for managed building and maintenance services on a same day (or, if necessary, next day) basis, including 24/7 emergency call out cover.

We provide cost-effective, quality workmanship, carried out promptly by reliable, considerate, tidy and well-managed tradesmen, throughout the Central London area broadly bordered by the North and South Circular Roads, and have the benefit of over 15 years experience working with Landlords and professional management agents in and around central London.

We are happy to work within pre-defined cost parameters (as pre-set by yourself) and our call centre can either take instructions from yourself, or your tenants directly if so authorised, complete the work as cost-effectively as possible, resolve any queries and provide job updates verbally or by email by close of day as standard.

For extended works - such as building, plumbing, central heating, carpentry and joinery, electrical, painting and decorating, flooring, tiling etc - we can provide you with written estimates prior to commencement, and can usually start at short notice.

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, we carry Public Liability insurance to the value of £5M and are accredited under the SAFEcontractor Health and Safety scheme. We also operate a 24 hour call out service and many of our Landlords provide their tenants with these numbers directly for peace of mind.

If you wish to use our services, all we require are your full contact details and details of the property address and tenant contact numbers, together with any specific or unusual details about the property, and a proposed start date. Peace of mind doesn't come any simpler than that!
